The alumni association promotes friendship and well-being among its members, while providing support to the students and contributing to the prosperity and development of the University.

Expenses related to the Alumni Association are collected by the University. The alumni membership fee (full member) of 10,000 yen will be collected by the University from those expecting to graduate at the time of payment for the second semester of the fourth year.
Payment Method
The academic fee for each year must be paid in two installments, for the first and the second semester.
For each installment, the Accounting Department will send the payer a transfer request form including the payment amount and deadline.

Scholarship Programs

1 Nihon University Furuta Scholarship (Grant) Annual amount of 200,000 yen
(awarded to 1 student in the 2nd–4th year)
2 Nihon University Robert F. Kennedy Scholarship (Grant) Annual amount of 200,000 yen
(awarded to 1 student in the 2nd–4th year)
3 Nihon University School of Dentistry Sato Scholarship Type 3 Scholarship Maximum amount of 500,000 yen for the purpose of supporting overseas conference presentation expenses (awarded to a few students in the 2nd–4th year)
4 Graduate School of Dentistry Research Fund (students of 2013) Annual amount of 350,000 yen
(awarded to 39 students in the 2nd–4th year)
5 Japan Student Service Organization Scholarship (JASSO), Loan System Type 1 Monthly amount of 80,000 yen or 122,000 yen
(awarded to students in the 1st–4th year)
6 Other scholarships are available from public and private organizations.
Scholarships (1) to (4) are grants provided by the University or the School and are awarded to graduate school students with excellent personal character upon selection.
Program (5) is a student loan provided by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO), awarded to students with an excellent academic record and exemplary personal character, experiencing financial difficulties in pursuing their studies.
