Admission Policy

  1. Applicants must have a clear sense of purpose and a strong desire to become a dentist; they must be capable of making the necessary efforts to achieve their own goals.

  2. Applicants must have the basic academic knowledge required to study in this School, and they must be willing to sustain their motivation for learning throughout their lifetime.

Curriculum Policy

The aim of the undergraduate curriculum is to provide students with adequate dental knowledge and skills grounded in basic medicine and to foster dentists who have a rich sense of humanity. The curriculum is organized with a focus on training medical professionals with a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Pursuant to the goal of acquiring wide-ranging knowledge and comprehensive judgment, students will master the basic problem-solving skills related to dentistry and health care in combination with other related medical sciences.

Diploma Policy

  1. Candidates must possess specialized dental knowledge and skills in accordance with the principles of medical dentistry.

  2. Candidates must possess wide-ranging knowledge and the qualities appropriate for a medical professional, including a rich sense of humanity.

  3. Candidates must possess high ethical standards and a respect for human life.

  4. Candidates must be capable of responding flexibly to the progress of medicine and changes in social structures; they must possess a spirit of inquiry to sustain their desire for lifelong learning.

  5. Candidates must be capable of contributing to the nation’s maintenance and promotion of health through the provision of oral health activities within their communities.
